You join a specialist team of about 10 people monitoring 60,000+ data points daily across 33 clients, on flat fees, since 2010.
What you will do
You will turn 60,000 data points a day into decisions. You will own measurement and tracking validation across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tagging, design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, and produce the analysis that drives strategy across SEO, paid media, and web. You are the person who catches when a number looks wrong, finds why, and fixes it before it reaches a client report. You will work closely with every specialist on the team, translate data into clear recommendations on attribution, conversion rate, and channel performance, and help extend the monitoring infrastructure that makes our work compound.
What we are looking for
- Google Analytics (GA4) certification preferred, with strong hands-on GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience
- Experience designing and validating measurement: events, conversions, and ideally server-side tagging
- Dashboarding and reporting in Looker Studio or an equivalent tool
- Comfort working across multiple data sources and a habit of catching anomalies before they reach a client
- The ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations a non-analyst can act on
- A working understanding of attribution, conversion rate, and channel performance across SEO and paid media
- Attention to detail and a low tolerance for unexplained numbers
- Bonus: SQL, BigQuery, and scripting in Python or JavaScript
