How work flows
Most of what we do is just people working together. The handoffs that matter are the ones that cross team boundaries and touch the client, so we keep those clean and explicit:
- New client: Sales hands the signed scope to Customer Success, who owns the relationship from there.
- Work request: Customer Success briefs Operations on what the client needs and by when.
- Client review: Operations sends work to Customer Success for client approval, then back with the decision.
- Production ready: approved work goes to Production with specs and deadlines.
- Job complete: Production confirms delivery and Customer Success closes the loop with the client.
No SLAs, no escalation matrices, no capacity-calculation ceremonies. The sender confirms the receiver got it, and the receiver acknowledges. That is the whole process.
