What you will do

You will manage Google Ads accounts end to end across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and Demand Gen for a portfolio of clients. You will research keywords and search intent, structure campaigns and ad groups, write responsive search ads and assets, and run the right bidding strategy (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) toward measurable outcomes under our flat-fee model. With our analysts you will own conversion tracking across Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and call tracking, and keep it validated because tracking breaks more often than people expect. You will manage budgets and Performance Max asset groups, mind Merchant Center feeds where ecommerce applies, audit wasted spend, resolve ad disapprovals, and report on CPA, ROAS, impression share, and lead quality in plain language.

What we are looking for

  • Google Ads Search and Measurement certifications required (Google Skillshop); Google Analytics certification preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, with examples of improved CPA, ROAS, lead volume, or revenue
  • Campaign structure across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and Demand Gen, plus keyword research, match types, and negative keywords
  • Bidding strategy fluency: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, and manual CPC, each applied to the right goal
  • Conversion tracking across Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and call tracking, validated end to end
  • Comfort with Performance Max asset groups and audience signals, and with Merchant Center feeds for ecommerce
  • Clear reporting on CPA, ROAS, CTR, impression share, search terms, and wasted spend, tied to business results and lead quality
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads policy and resolving disapprovals; bonus: Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, and CRM integrations
